Campi di ricerca: Chimica-fisica delle Superfici e delle Interfacce; Misura delle Tensioni Superficiali ed Interfacciali; Cinetiche di adsorbimento di tensioattivi alle interfacce liquido-gas e liquido-liquido; Problemi di bagnabilità ad alte temperature; Giunzioni metallo-ceramico e metallo-metallo; Energetica dei giunti di grano in sistemi liquido-solido; Progettazione e sviluppo di nuovi sistemi ed apparati di misura delle tensioni interfacciali; Sperimentazione in microgravità (su razzi-sonda, satelliti e sulla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale).
