BIOGRAPHY

Degree in chemistry (laurea cum laude) in 1993 and PhD in Chemistry in 1998 at the University of Padua, Italy.
After research experiences in Ireland, UK and Australia, a scholarship with CNR, a post-doc position and a research contract at the university of Padua she got a permanent position as a researcher at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry and of Surfaces (now ICMATE) at CNR in Padua at the end of 2001.
During her research activity she has attended various national and international school and conferences, presenting posters and/or oral communications: she published with ACS, Elsevier and Wiley Publications journal and she has been invited to review various article. She is also author of an Italian and US patent.
She has a long experience in the field of chemical synthesis, in particular of inorganic and metallorganic complexes either of main group metal or of transition metal, being able of working under controlled atmosphere and of using several instruments like NMR, IR, UV, gas chromatographer.
