SCI2024 “Chemistry: Elements of the Future”
This year’s congress of the Italian Chemical Society, SCI2024 “Chemistry: Elements of the Future”, is of particular relevance as the Department of Chemical Sciences and Materials Technology of the National Research Council (DSCTM-CNR) is in charge of planning the “Chemistry & Society” session.
Several ICMATE researchers are involved in the organization of sessions and topics, such as Dr. Cristina Bolzati and Dr. Marzio Rancan who deal with the thematic session “New Reactions“.
The thematic session “New Reactions” aims to provide an insight into the current challenges and frontiers of chemistry, with particular focus on new paradigms and synthesis technologies as well as highlighting the role of modern calculation methods in supporting synthetic chemistry.
The conference will be held in Milan (Allianz MiCo Congress Center) from 26 to 30 August 2024.

Il congresso della Società Chimica Italiana di quest’anno, SCI2024 “Chemistry: Elements of the Future”, è di particolare rilevanza in quanto il Dipartimento di Scienze Chimiche e Tecnologia dei Materiali del Consiglio Nazionale Delle Ricerche (DSCTM-CNR) ha in carico la programmazione della sessione “Chemistry & Society”.
Diversi ricercatori ICMATE sono coinvolti nell’organizzazione di sessioni e topics, come la Dott.ssa Cristina Bolzati e il Dr. Marzio Rancan che si occupano della sessione tematica “New Reactions”.
La sessione tematica “New Reactions” vuole fornire una panoramica sulle attuali sfide e frontiere della chimica, con particolare focus su nuovi paradigmi e tecnologie di sintesi nonché evidenziare il ruolo dei moderni metodi di calcolo a supporto della chimica di sintesi.
La conferenza si terrà a Milano (Allianz MiCo Congress Center) dal 26 al 30 Agosto 2024.
